The Renèsanz Training group is a unique experience of dance, culture, and fitness. Like the definition of our namesake, we are a team focused on enhancing not just the dance of our members, but also the physical health, and knowledge of Latin dance heritage. Under the instruction of the "Renaissance Man" himself, Rico Paris, the RNŚZ team seeks to help elevate the Nola dance scene through our salsa, kizomba, bachata dance training.
